SuiteAmerica is a Corporate Housing service provider based in the United States of America, established in 1990. More than three decades of experience in corporate housing makes SuiteAmerica an industry leader you can trust. They are an award-winning, employee-owned company known for offering excellent quality services and giving the topmost priority to guest satisfaction.
The objective of this project was to redesign the brand identity of SuiteAmerica and extend it to multiple brand collaterals & digital design. In collaboration with Rad Creative & Digital Solutions, the visual language was to be developed based on their recent logo redesign and the new brand color palette. The intention for redesign was to position SuiteAmerica not just as a housing provider, but instead, as a premium experience that is focused on providing immense satisfaction to the guests.
With the business growing consistently and with the emergence of new brands in the market, SuiteAmerica’s existing identity needed to be given a modern brand refresh. The rebranding was intended to reestablish SuiteAmerica as its market leader and clearly communicate its expertise in the industry.

Rebranding, Identity Redesign, Stationery Design
The “Half circle” pattern is inspired by the brand’s logo, which is in turn an abstract minimalistic representation of modern buildings. The style attributes that this pattern aims at depicting are Modern and Premium. This pattern is to be primarily used in print design.
The “Glass effect” pattern is inspired by the glass windows and architectural elements often evident in modern luxurious buildings. The style attributes that this pattern aims at depicting are Class & Elegance. This pattern is to be primarily used in marketing communications related to the brand.
The “perpendicular lines” design element is intended to be used in applications with a large number of paragraph texts or multiple images. This is a minimalistic approach to provide separation between the objects to guide the viewer. This pattern is to be primarily used in website UI and document layouts.
